Your Data Is Safe With Us

Data Handling & Security Policy

We understand that granting access to your business systems requires trust. Here is exactly how we handle your data — before, during, and after every engagement.

Read-Only Access Only

During every Revenue Rescue Audit engagement, Soltzu requires read-only access to your systems. We never request administrative credentials, write permissions, or the ability to modify live data, workflows, automations, or triggers. Your systems continue operating normally throughout the entire engagement.

Credential Handling

Any credentials or access tokens you provide are used solely for the duration of the audit engagement. Credentials are stored in an encrypted password manager accessible only to the assigned audit team member. Upon completion of the engagement, all credentials are permanently deleted and you are advised to revoke access.

Data Storage & Retention

Audit findings, notes, and deliverables are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Client data is retained for 12 months following the completion of the engagement to support follow-up questions, then permanently deleted. We do not sell, share, or transfer your business data to any third party.

Audit Agreement & Scope

Every engagement begins with a signed Audit Agreement & Scope document that defines exactly which systems will be reviewed, the nature of access required, and the deliverables you will receive. Nothing outside the agreed scope is accessed or reviewed.

Confidentiality

All information shared during an engagement — including business processes, revenue data, CRM records, pipeline data, and operational details — is treated as strictly confidential. Soltzu does not disclose client information in case studies, marketing materials, or public communications without explicit written consent.

Incident Response

In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting client data, Soltzu will notify affected clients within 72 hours of discovery, provide a written summary of the incident and affected data, and take immediate corrective action. Questions or concerns can be directed to [email protected].
